Course
Foundations for Counseling Ministry (FCM) will expose you to the Biblical processes of healing and restoration of the spirit and soul. This course is designed to be a time of deep personal growth and give foundational preparation for future ministry with people. Many have testified to life-changing experiences during this school as they met God in deeper ways.
The purpose of the school is to receive foundational counseling training. During this, each student will be able to process their own life journey’s through their assignments, one-on-ones and small groups.
FCM is a first level counseling course to learn the basic skills of active listening, belief systems, hearing the voice of God. We see the connection of how beliefs impact our behaviors. We look at the roots of rejection and rebellion (Plumbline), family systems, attachment and bonding through developmental stages, trauma, human sexuality, and a variety of other counseling topics.

LECTURE
This phase will equip students for future ministry. The 12-week lecture phase includes various ways of learning such as formal lectures, small group interaction, skill group practice times, workshops, personal study, and one-on-one discipleship.
OUTREACH
This phase will be 10-weeks in length. This is an important time for students’ knowledge, skills, and character growth to be put into practice in a cross-cultural ministry context. Opportunities will be given to teach and to counsel as a team
